These terms apply to your use of this website operated by The eBook Publishing. By using the site you agree to them. If you buy services from us, your signed project agreement (including its scope, price, schedule and payment milestones) governs that work and takes priority over these terms.

Who we are

The eBook Publishing is an independent provider of author services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing, IngramSpark, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Google, Audible/ACX or any other retailer or platform.

Quotes and projects

• Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work starts only after you accept a written scope and make any agreed first payment.
• Payments for larger projects are staged against milestones you review and approve.

Your rights and content

You keep copyright in your manuscript. Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, subject to the terms of any licensed third-party assets (such as stock images or fonts), which we will tell you about. You confirm that you have the right to use any material you send us.

No guarantees of sales or rankings

Book sales, rankings, reviews, awards and acceptance by retailers, bookstores or libraries depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular commercial result.

Free tools and guides

Our calculators and guides provide general estimates and information based on publicly available figures at the time of writing. Platform prices, royalty rates and laws change. They are not legal, tax or financial advice; confirm important details with the official source or a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.
